Andrew Tozer

Andrew Tozer is a Chief Learning Officer with extensive experience in the energy industry, particularly in capital project leadership. Currently serving as VP Talent in Safety and Operational Learning & Development at bp, they are accountable for developing and executing L&D strategies across a global portfolio of refineries, terminals, and offshore facilities. Previously, Andrew held various roles at bp, including Learning and Development Director for Global Projects and Project General Manager for significant projects such as the Magnus Life Extension Project. Andrew earned a BEng (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Aberdeen.
