Andy Kerr

Andy Kerr is a Senior Data Manager at bp, based in the Sunbury office in London. In this role, they support bp's OSDU Product Pod, focusing on OSDU Pilot testing and transition plans for 2024 and beyond. Andy has previously managed subsurface and wells data for bp’s joint ventures in Iraq, Kuwait, and the UAE, including oversight of data for the Rumaila oil field. Since joining bp in 2017 as a Challenge Graduate, they have advanced through various positions to their current senior role, demonstrating strong competencies in data management and operational practices. Andy holds an MSc with Distinction in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen and has completed a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship with Distinction.
