Anna Qiao is a highly experienced Sr Process Safety Engineer with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at bp since December 2021, Anna serves as the Lead Process Safety Engineer on the $10 billion Camron LNG Liquefaction Project, providing technical authority on process safety and fire protection engineering design. Prior to this role, Anna held similar positions at Oxy and Sempra LNG & Midstream, contributing to significant projects and enhancing safety protocols. With a strong foundation in technical safety as a Senior Technical Safety Consultant at DNV, Anna managed over 50 loss prevention projects, improving safety designs across various facilities. Anna's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and dual degrees from Tianjin University.
