Astrid Krause

Astrid Krause is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in tax transformation and indirect tax management, currently serving as VP Finance Transformation at bp since March 2012. Astrid has held several key roles at bp, including Head of Tax Transformation and Senior Tax Manager for Trading & Shipping. Prior to bp, Astrid worked at Atkins as Group Indirect Taxes Manager and R&D Tax Credits Manager, and at Deloitte as Senior Manager for VAT. Astrid's career began at Arthur Andersen as VAT Manager. Astrid holds a B.Proc LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg, earned between 1992 and 1997.
