Avadhoot Dalavi has extensive experience in IT and engineering, particularly in messaging and enterprise technology roles. At Maersk Global Service Centres, Avadhoot served as a Messaging Engineer from January 2019 to July 2021, contributing to the ITMOD Project. Following this, the position of Enterprise Technology Engineer and Platform Engineer for Email at bp from July 2022 to July 2024 involved the migration of approximately 2000 mailboxes to the BP Exchange 2019 On-prem environment.
