Ben Fletcher is a seasoned petrophysicist with a strong background in well operations, reservoir modeling, and core analysis. They held the position of petrophysicist at CNOOC International from 2018 to 2023, focusing on Buzzard development. Previously, they served as lead petrophysicist at BG Group, where they contributed to deepwater exploration and geomechanical model calibration.
