Ben Sheppard is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in leadership and strategic financial planning. They participated in the 2019/20 Aspire Global Leadership Development Programme at bp and held several key roles within the organization, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for Aviation and Finance Lead for BP Group Restructuring. Prior to their tenure at bp, Ben worked at Serco, where they contributed to high-impact projects such as a £1bn joint venture with the NHS. Currently, Ben is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Surrey and is also working towards CIMA, ACMA qualifications.
