Bethany Vernizzi

Bethany Vernizzi, SHRM-SCP, serves as the People and Culture Manager at bp since April 2023. Previously, Bethany held various HR roles at Thorntons LLC for nearly nine years, including HR Manager Field Operations for the East Coast, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, performance management, and development initiatives. Notable achievements include participation in the Good Jobs Strategy project and the creation of the Leadership Development Readiness program. Earlier career experience includes recruiting roles at Discover Financial Services, LendingTree Loans, and SurePoint Lending, alongside a foundational education with a BA in Chemistry from Bellarmine University.
