Brenda Head

Brenda Head served as the President of Toledo Refinery Holding Company at bp from 2020 to 2023, where they chaired the refinery joint venture board. Prior to this role, they held various positions at bp, including Commercial Director for Vivergo Fuels, VP for Midstream Products Solutions Americas, and Chief of Staff to the COO of Fuels for Europe and Southern Africa. Brenda was actively involved in multiple joint ventures and board member roles, demonstrating a strong leadership presence in the energy sector. They hold a Master’s degree in Geology and Geophysics from Rice University and completed a strategic sales and marketing program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
