Bryan Troester

Bryan Troester has extensive experience in surface land management and engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Bryan began with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Positions held include Surface Land Manager at Centennial Resource Development, Inc. from July 2017 to January 2023, and currently serves as Lead Surface Land Negotiator at bp since January 2023. Previous roles include Vice President at Petroleum Field Services, where oversight of engineering, survey, GIS, regulatory, and environmental departments was key, as well as Surface Land Negotiator at Encana Corporation, and various engineering roles at companies such as Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers and Matrix Design Group. Bryan's expertise encompasses project management, employee development, and client relations.
