Carla Valerio

Carla Valerio is a Senior Geoscientist and Transformation Leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. They began their career as an intern at PDVSA and later completed an internship at Schlumberger while pursuing a Master's degree in Geology. Carla has held various roles at Oxy and BP, including Geophysicist and Agility Coach, where they led initiatives to integrate agile practices into business operations. They also have a strong background in mentoring junior geoscientists and representing companies at career fairs. Carla earned a BS in Geophysics from Universidad Simón Bolívar and an MS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma.
