Carleen Leonhardt

Carleen Leonhardt is an experienced professional currently serving as the Audit Management Lead for Wells at BP America Inc., a position held since 1998. Carleen is responsible for delivering a risk-based audit plan, identifying impactful audit themes, and guiding work groups in preparing for audits. Prior to joining BP, Carleen worked as an Environmental and Hazardous Materials Specialist for the City of Dallas from 1982 to 1998. Equipped with OSHA SHEP and dual CSHO certifications, Carleen is adept at managing risks and enhancing operational controls within the business.
