Caroline White is currently the HSE&C Manager for Projects at bp, having progressed through various roles within the organization since 2021. Previously, they served as the HSE & Consents Manager for UK Offshore Wind at bp from 2021 to 2024, and they managed Health and Safety and Environmental aspects for North Sea Projects. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Marine Resource Development and Protection from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor with honors in Geological Oceanography from the University of North Wales.
