Charles Pearce

Charles Pearce is the UK Head of Commercial Assets & Portfolio Analysis at bp, bringing over a decade of experience in energy retail and generation from leading European utility companies. Previously serving as an Origination Manager at npower, they focused on weather risk management and process optimization. Before that, they held roles including Complex Risk Analyst at RWE npower and Senior Commercial Analyst at RWE Renewables. Charles earned a BSc in Renewable Energy with first-class honors from the University of Exeter.
