Charlotte Kehoe is the Asia-Pacific Director at the Asian Lubricants Industry Association, where they lead the sustainability discussion within the lubricants sector. Previously, Charlotte held various positions at bp, including Quality and Process Optimisation Manager and AsPac Technology Director, developing quality management systems and translating market needs into technology strategies. Charlotte completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry and Forensics at the Queensland University of Technology and is pursuing an MBA at the National University of Singapore to enhance their commercial acumen in the technology space. Passionate about empowering individuals and advocating for diversity, Charlotte also co-chairs bp Pride AsPac, promoting a safe and inclusive workplace for the LGBTQI+ community.
