They have extensive experience managing teams, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management across various industries, including oil, gas, and technology. Previously, Clare held legal roles at Oceaneering, Coles Myer, BHP Billiton, and AGR Asia Pacific, and worked as a Judges' Associate at the Supreme Court of Queensland.
