Clay Bell

Clay Bell is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in engine modeling, project engineering, and research. Notable positions include a Graduate Intern role at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, an Independent Contractor at Triad Systems Engineering, and several research-oriented roles at Colorado State University, culminating in a postdoctoral research associate position focusing on methane emissions from the natural gas supply chain. Currently serving as a Low Carbon Data Analyst at bp, Clay also holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, both in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong academic record.
