Clinton McDonald

Clinton McDonald is a seasoned professional in risk, safety, and operational management with extensive experience at bp since March 2011, serving in various leadership roles including Vice President - Risk, Safety & Learning and Vice President - Process & Operational Safety. Prior to bp, McDonald worked at Foster's Group as Global OHS Manager and held significant positions related to HSE management at ExxonMobil. McDonald holds a BSc(Hons) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Melbourne, an MBA with a Major in Human Resources from the University of New England, and various certifications including a Graduate diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additional education includes a Master's in Industrial Safety from UNSW and participation in the BP Operations Academy Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
