David Talbot is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at bp, with over fifteen years of experience in Reservoir Engineering across various domains, including Exploration, Appraisal, Development, and Production. They have worked on numerous global assets such as those in Iraq, onshore Canada, offshore West Africa, and the North Sea, focusing on gas, oil, and gas-condensate projects. Previously, they were part of the team that evaluated and purchased DONG Energy’s oil and gas portfolio for INEOS in 2017. David holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a 1st Class MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
