David Young is a results-driven and collaborative Service Management professional with over 25 years of experience in technology operations and service delivery. With a strong foundation in SAP Basis, incident and problem management, and service level compliance, they have spent 19 years at BP, currently serving as the Staff Platform Engineer - SAP Platform Operations Lead, and previously held the role of SAP Lead.
