Dianne Young is an established organizational development professional with over twenty years of experience in leadership development at Fortune 500 companies, currently serving as the Head of Capability Development for BP Americas. Previously, Dianne held various roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they provided leadership development programs and coaching to clients. Dianne has also worked as a Manager of Training and Development at Conoco/Phillips, Inc., where they built organizational development capability and delivered leadership coaching.
