Donal Claffey

Donal Claffey is currently the Global Process Owner for Order to Cash at BP, where they develop strategies to standardize and simplify processes across the organization. Prior to this role, Donal held various positions at Lloyd's Register, including Operations Manager and Finance Director for the Americas Region, where they led efforts to streamline operations and achieve significant cost savings. Donal began their career at FM Global as a Project Accountant, contributing to system reviews and process improvements. They hold an MBA from The University of Manchester and multiple accounting qualifications, including ACCA and CIMA.
