Eddy van Hattum is a seasoned digital advisor and principal service engineer with extensive experience in technology management and inclusion initiatives. At bp, they played a pivotal role in managing technology across multiple locations and were instrumental in supporting the company's exit from Russia in 2022. As a co-chair of bp Pride, Eddy advanced LGBT+ inclusion by influencing key HR policies and conducting Safe Space training globally.
