Emma Dawson

Emma Dawson is an Employee Relations Specialist and People & Culture Partner with extensive experience across multiple business areas and within the HR function. They have served as a Global People Relations Consultant at bp since 2026 and previously held various roles within the organization, including Human Resources Business Partner and Talent & Learning Partner. Emma has also worked with Reliance Industries Limited as an HR Transformation Consultant and was a Senior HR Associate at Black & Veatch. They hold a Master of Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and are committed to fostering positive change through collaboration and strategic thinking.
