Eric Fruth

Eric Fruth has a diverse background in engineering and operations, with experience in both sales and technical roles. At Naylor Pipe Company from February 2010 to October 2015, Eric served as a Sales Engineer and Fabrication Lead, providing technical guidance and managing prefabricated pipe projects while generating new business and overseeing the fabrication division. Following that, Eric worked at bp, where the role of Operations Excellence Specialist involved commissioning a brine treatment unit. As a Production Engineer, responsibilities included supporting safe and efficient operations for the 11PS Asset, while previously serving as a Process Operator and Operations Supervisor, focusing on unit operations and leading shift teams at the BP Whiting refinery. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2015.
