Eric Min

Eric Min is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and supply chain management. Beginning a career at Honeywell, Eric achieved significant productivity improvements and led successful projects that saved over $1 million. Following positions with DuPont and GE, where Eric directed Lean Six Sigma initiatives and delivered substantial cost savings, Eric advanced to a Supply Chain Director role at Otis Elevator, optimizing processes and achieving significant purchasing savings. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead at BP, Eric develops and implements strategies that yield substantial annual benefits while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Eric holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering from Donghua University.
