Erica Murray

Erica Murray is the Head of the Business Improvement Office at bp, bringing over fifteen years of experience in operations and strategic delivery. They previously served in various roles at bp, including Business Portfolio and Performance Director and Director of Store Operations Support. Erica has also held leadership positions at Thorntons LLC and Dillard's Inc., focusing on operational programs and sales management. They earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Vincennes University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Arizona State University.
