Ernest Garza

Ernest Garza is a results-driven performer with extensive experience in project management and project controls within the energy industry. Currently serving as VP of Project Controls at Archaea Energy, they have a track record of implementing successful project control systems and managing diverse teams across domestic and international projects. Previously, Ernest held key roles at bp, including Principal Engineer - Project Services, where they contributed to significant improvements in project performance. Ernest earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Tabor College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and History from the same institution.
