Femi Olaofe

Femi Olaofe is an experienced professional in the oil and energy industry, specializing in commercial optimization, asset supply and trading, and project management. Currently serving on the Member Advisory Board for the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Pretoria, Femi has previously held key roles at bp, including Midstream Planning & Performance Senior Manager and Biofuels and Low Carbon Optimisation Manager. Femi has also contributed to academia as a (Senior) Teaching & Research Associate at the University of Cape Town. With a robust educational background, including ongoing Ph.D. studies in Chemical Engineering, Femi is actively involved in driving bp's energy transition strategy while enjoying diverse cultural experiences across four countries.
