Gary Cole is a retired drilling professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. They began their career at Boston College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering before obtaining a Master of Science from Texas A&M University. Gary managed drilling operations for Hess Corporation in North Africa from 2001 to 2005, and subsequently held various roles at BP, including Drilling Manager and Wells Operations Superintendent, currently overseeing drilling operations. Since 2015, they have also served as a Drilling Engineer for BP's Lower 48 operations in Wyoming.
