Gerrit Lange is currently the Head of Loyalty & CRM at Aral (bp), where they oversee CRM operations and loyalty program development. With over a decade of experience in retail, OTA, and airline marketing, they have held senior positions in loyalty management and business development, including roles at HRS Group and Miles & More GmbH. Gerrit possesses a strong analytical mindset and in-depth knowledge of both B2C and B2B loyalty strategies, having driven key initiatives and cross-functional projects throughout their career. They hold a Master's degree in International Management and have completed a semester abroad in International Business & Finance Management.
