Gloria Zhou

Gloria Zhou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and strategy within the energy sector, currently serving as the Global Initiative Lead for Business Transformation at bp Castrol since October 2016. Previous roles at bp include Director of Strategy and Business Portfolio for bp China and leadership positions in long-term planning at Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Co, among others. With a career that started at Arthur Andersen in financial advisory, Gloria Zhou has also held significant positions in finance and business development at bp from 2004 to 2015. Educational credentials include an MBA in General Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
