Howard Gale

Howard Gale is an operations leader in the energy sector with a background as a process engineer. With experience at BP, Gale has played pivotal roles in delivering multi-billion-dollar operations and has contributed design input to various major projects. Currently serving as the Operations Site Manager for Net Zero Teesside, Gale leads a team of engineers to drive innovative solutions for future operations. With a strong focus on developing people and enhancing team potential, Gale aims to continue improving operational assets throughout their career. Gale earned a BEng from the University of Surrey.
