Howard Leach is currently the Vice President of Geoscience at BP, a position held since 2020, after serving as the Global Head of Exploration from 2016 to 2020. Howard earned a degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 1980 and 1983, and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2014.
