Hugo Pina

Hugo Pina is a Lead Regional Manager at BP, where they oversee a team of regional managers and ensure safe, compliant operations across approximately 280 sites in Portugal. Previously, Hugo held positions at Ericsson, including Consultant Engineer and Tools and Methods Engineer Trainee, and served as a Retail Territory Manager at BP from 2017 to 2021. They have also contributed to the sports community as a certified karate professor and a high-performance athlete on the Portugal National Karate Team from 2010 to 2019. Hugo earned a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where they also completed a master’s thesis focused on optimizing composite material reinforcement.
