Huilin Min

Huilin Min is currently the VP & Managing Director of Castrol Greater China at bp, a position held since 2023. They previously served as the CEO of Wyeth Nutrition, Greater China at Nestlé from 2022 to 2023 and held various leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Managing Director for the Taiwan & Hong Kong Cluster and Strategy Director for Asia Pacific. Huilin began their career in management at L'Oréal and has gained extensive experience in trade and shopper marketing through roles at Procter & Gamble. Huilin is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, alongside a double major Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and International Trade from Shanghai University.
