Ivanka Mamic

Ivanka Mamic currently serves as Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of Sustainability at bp since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ivanka held multiple positions at Target from October 2015 to March 2021, culminating as Vice President of Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability. Responsibilities included leading Target's global responsible sourcing team and managing the strategy for supply chain transparency and social compliance. Before joining Target, Ivanka worked at the International Labour Organization (ILO) from 2000 to October 2015 as a CSR & Environment Specialist, where duties involved designing sustainability projects, providing technical advice on CSR in East Asia, and engaging stakeholders to enhance global sourcing practices. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and M.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from The University of Queensland.
