James Norman is currently the Head of Values and E&C Programmes at bp, a role held since 2021. Previously, they served as Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at bp from 2009 to 2012. James holds a Postgraduate Degree in Law from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Birmingham.
