Janine Brown-Sappleton

Janine Brown-Sappleton is experienced in human resources, currently serving as a People Relations Specialist - Assistant at bp since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing people relations processes, providing assistance to management and team members, and ensuring compliance with policies. Previous roles include HR Generalist with a focus on onboarding, exits, and diversity and inclusion, as well as a Support Specialist at GSK, where advice on HR policies was provided. Janine began a career in human resources as an intern at UKIED, gaining valuable administrative and communication skills. Janine holds an MA in International Human Resource Management and a BA in Human Resource Management, both from Middlesex University, where distinction awards were achieved in each program.
