Jeff Gibbs

Jeff Gibbs is currently the Director of Asphalt Sales at bp, where they manage a team responsible for profitable asphalt sales from Midwest refineries and seek opportunities for portfolio growth. They previously held various roles at Amoco Oil Company from 1988 to 2003, and held positions at Amoco Production Company from 1980 to 1988. Prior to their current role, Gibbs served as Manager of Supply Operations and Optimization at bp from 2003 to 2007, where they coordinated efforts across multiple departments to ensure demand obligations were met and focused on process improvements. Gibbs holds an MBA in Strategic Business from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Finance/Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
