Jesper Petersen is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across global organizations. Currently serving as SVP People & Culture - Customers & Products at bp since January 2026, Jesper previously held the position of Chief People Officer for PepsiCo's International Beverages sector from June 2017 to December 2025, overseeing a diverse range of markets and franchise bottlers. Additionally, Jesper served as Chief People Officer and SVP for the Africa, Middle East & South Asia regions at PepsiCo. Prior to PepsiCo, roles at the LEGO Group included VP & Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Head of HR for Asia Pacific, among others.
