Jessica Biddle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for bp since November 2019, Jessica has held various roles including responsibilities in Business Development, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), and zero carbon initiatives. Prior to bp, Jessica practiced at Vinson & Elkins, first as a Trainee Solicitor from September 2009 to September 2011, then advancing to Senior Associate from September 2011 to June 2019. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge, earned between 2004 and 2007.
