They have successfully closed more than $100 billion in transactions globally. Jim served as a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from 2021 to 2023 and worked as counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP prior to that. Currently, they are the Senior Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at bp. Jim is pursuing a degree at The University of Akron alongside their J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.
