Joe Haden is currently the Lead Market Strategist for NGLs at bp, having previously held the role of Market Strategist for NGLs within the same organization. Prior to joining bp, Joe worked as an NGL Trading Strategist at ExxonMobil and as a Process Improvement Specialist at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals. Joe has also gained experience as a Consultant for ERM: Environmental Resources Management and served as an ES&H Functional Coordinator at Bechtel Corporation. Joe earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from 2017 to 2019.
