Joe Teggart is currently the PSCM Category Lead for EPC/EPCM (Projects) at BP Iraq (BECL IJV). They have extensive experience in contract administration and management, having worked as a Senior Contracts Administrator for various projects including the Chirag Oil Project and the Shah Deniz II Project at BP. Prior to this, they held roles at companies such as KPO, Total, and Tengizchevroil, where they contributed to significant gas and oil projects. Joe earned a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
