Joel Hatfield

Joel Hatfield is an Operations Site Manager with extensive experience in the petrochemical industry. They have held various operations and maintenance roles from 2007 to 2013, followed by positions at Huntsman and bp, including Production Technician and Area Authority from 2015 to 2022. In 2017, they served as a Commissioning Supervisor at Petrofac, and later took on roles such as CoW Deployment Lead at CF Industries. Joel earned a degree in Chemical Process Technology from Teesside University between 2012 and 2013.
