John Cunningham is the CEO of Cunningham Commercial Capital LLC, where they provide private mortgages to individuals involved in real estate transactions. With extensive experience in the petroleum industry, they served as VP OEM Sales at British Petroleum since 2003, overseeing lubricant sales and relationships across the Americas. John also held executive positions at BP Lubricants and Castrol, managing sales for OEM Auto Lubricants throughout North and South America.
