John Leitch is a seasoned professional engineer with over 30 years of experience, primarily in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, as well as in Defence and shipbuilding. Currently, they serve as the VP Safety & Operational Risk Assurance for all BP projects, where they lead a team of technical experts. In addition, John holds the position of Group Engineering Authority at BP and has previously been the VP Engineering in the Upstream Safety and Operational Risk Function, among other roles.
