Joleen Moulder is a seasoned digital product leader with extensive experience in the consumer segment across global markets. Currently serving as the Product Director for bp, Joleen oversees the BPme mobile app channels, digital loyalty, and digital engagement strategies across Europe, ASPAC, and the Americas. Prior to this role, Joleen led digital product and mobile app strategy at Vivo Energy for Africa, enhancing customer experiences for over a million customers at fuel stations and retail shops. Joleen's career also includes significant contributions at Hollard Insurance, where a digital team was established, and innovative products were developed to optimize customer experiences. Earlier roles at FNB South Africa, Absa, and TransUnion further complemented Joleen's expertise in strategic projects and online banking channels. Joleen holds a B Com (Hons) degree from the University of Pretoria.
