Josh Willison

Josh Willison is a regulatory and policy leader specializing in offshore wind and energy transition, with a focus on driving market access and investment outcomes. They have over a decade of experience in the field, having served as Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at RWE and as Head of Regulatory Affairs for Global Offshore Wind at bp. Currently, Josh is a Board Member at the Global Wind Energy Council and continues their education at Durham University. Previously, they held key positions at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and The Crown Estate.
